Section 29

Accumulated leave while in other service

If a person in the post of High Court Judge or in the permanent service of the Government of Nepal is appointed to the post of Chief Justice or Judge, he/she shall accumulate the home leave or sick leave accumulated while holding such post or service in accordance with this Act. The same will be maintained.
